We looked at the cross-section of 50+ recruiting managers that we have worked with an intent to find common threads on what makes the talent buyer and supplier relation successful. How would you rate TalentSumo on talent availability metric?
When the right talent match was available, it was provided to us immediately. However, when they were not available – we did not waste time going through substandard resumes. It was honest communication and a timeline was provided to us for interviewing a group of sharp consultants.
How was the acceptance rate of candidates?
We consistently found that the candidates presented by TalentSumo were very high quality. Rather than spending time on checking skillset of the candidates, we spent time on checking the fit!
What are some of the other features you would like in TalentSumo?
While the TalentSumo works great for the niche talent – the coverage of the role was limited. We wish that we were able to use them for more of our roles for the same quality experience.
